Irene Sizemore

Irene Sophia Sizemore of Thousandsticks, KY born February 23, 1952 departed this life on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at the Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Ky.  She was 67 years old.  Irene was born at Hyden, Ky., the daughter of the late Herbert Woods & Ophia Osborne.  Irene was a former employee of the Leslie Co. Board of Education working in Daycare.  Irene was a life-long resident of Leslie Co.  She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and her greatest joy came from spending time with her family.  Irene Sizemore was preceded in death by her cherished parents; Herbert Woods & Ophia Osborne Woods, an infant brother; son-in-law; Price, two brother-in-laws; Ray Allen Sizemore & Bill Roberts.  Mrs. Irene Sophia Sizemore leaves the following relatives surviving: one beloved daughter; Diana Price of Thousandsticks, Ky., one beloved son; Timothy Otis Sizemore & special daughter-in-law; Sue of Somerset, Ky., one beloved brother; Buster Woods & wife, Deborah of Thousandsticks, Ky., three beloved sisters; Rowena Sizemore of Jacksonville Texas, Aultie Woods & husband, Kermit of London, Ky., Sarah Roberts of Somerset, Ky., six treasured grandchildren; special grandson; Seth Price, Shea Price, Shayne Price, Erica Sizemore, Noah Sizemore, Nevaeh Sizemore & a host of other relatives and friends.
