Wurley Campbell

Mr. Wurley Campbell, born June 20, 1963 in Hyden, KY., the son of the late, Ruben Campbell & Mary Jane Bush Campbell. He passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center. Wurley was 58 years old. He had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation Wurley had worked as a logger. Wurley enjoyed sight-seeing, watching tv, listening to gospel music & spending time with his family.

Wurley was preceded in death by his cherished parents, loving & devoted wife & mother of his daughter, Kathleen Kilburn-Campell, brothers, Carl Eugene Campbell, Eli (Pee-Wee) Campbell and Douglas Campbell & sister, Susan Hensley. He leaves the following relatives surviving; wife, Tonya Miller Campbell, Wooton, KY., beloved daughter, Chasity Campbell & Jerry McKee, Busy, KY., brothers, Curt Campbell & Wanda, Busy, KY., Press Campbell & Doshia, Busy, KY. and Willie Campbell, Wooton, KY., sisters, Hazel Colwell, Avawam, KY. and Liz Campbell, Wooton, KY., special niece, Michelle Simpson &  best friend, Farmer. Also a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Monday, November 15, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Russell Baker

Interment: Campbell Family Cemetery, (Lower McIntosh), Wooton, KY.

Visitation: Monday, Nov. 15th at 12:00 Noon at the Funeral Home
