Violet Sue Leddington

Violet Sue Leddington born September 28, 1953 at Hyden, KY the daughter of the late, Roy Leddington and Gladys Howard Leddington. She passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at her residence at Stinnett. She was 68 years old. Violet had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. She was affliated with the Stinnett Gap Church of God, Stinnett, KY. She enjoyed flower gardening, playing board games, reading and watching classic movies.

Violet was preceded in death by her cherished parents and three brothers, John Henry, Larry and Eddie Leddington. She leaves the following relatives surviving; two beloved brothers, William Leddington and wife, Bonita, Stinnett, KY and Eugene Leddington and wife, Rhonda, Stinnett, KY, treasured nieces, Christy Griffie and husband, Billy, Candace Leddington and Amy Frederick, treasured nephews, William Travis Leddington and Lucas Samuel Leddington, treasured great nieces, Hannah Fields and husband, Nate, Caitlyn Wilkins and Lydia Hall, treasured great nephews, Hunter Dale Griffie and William Parker Leddington and treasured great-great nephew, Riley Fields. Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral: Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at the Stinnett Gap Church of God, Stinnett, KY

Interment: Howard and Leddington Cemetery, Stinnett, KY

Pallbearers: Travis Leddington, Lucas Leddington, Hunter Griffie, Billy Griffie, Nate Fields and Darrell Miller
