Timothy Wayne Lovett, 2-2-56 to eternity, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on October 26, 2023.

Tim was married to his surviving wife, Deborah, for 35 years. Also survived by: daughter, Cristahl (Josh) and son, Timothy (Moriah); and five grandchildren: Lyla Grace, Crew, Jean, Alice, and Harvey.

Tim grew up in Hyden, KY. He attended Eastern Kentucky where he played football. He then transferred to Cumberland College where he graduated with a BA in Physical Education, and a minor in Special Ed.

Tim and his twin brother, Tom, founded Lovett and Lovett Executive Search in 1988, specializing in finding exceptionally talented executives for major corporations. Tim was nationally ranked in the top of his field six times within his career.

Tim loved his family, horses, and fly fishing. He was known to his family for his humor and famous pasta! In his free time, Tim dedicated his talents to working with Therapeutic Riding Institute, (TRI) an equine non-profit that assist children with disabilities.

Tim was a caring, loving, and godly man that will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Centerville Community Church (10688 Dayton Lebanon Pike, Dayton, OH 45458) from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The service will immediately follow at 11:00 am.

ARRANGEMENTS IN HYDEN, KY  

THERE WILL BE A GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS: From 2-4 p.m. - Thursday - November 2, 2023 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home

INTERMENT:  The interment will  immediately follow the visitation at the Hurricane Cemetery, Hyden, KY
