Teresa Lynn Couch

Miss Teresa Lynn Couch passed away Monday, July 1, 2019 at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital at the age of 28. Teresa was born August 2, 1990 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, KY. She is the daughter of Reba Osborne & the late, Charlie Couch. She was a life-long resident of Leslie County.  Teresa enjoyed movies, music boxes, wind chimes, colored lights & swinging.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father, paternal grandparents, Pleasie Couch & Gracie Couch & maternal great-grandparents, Mazie & Sherman Lewis & Gillie & Bessie Osborne. She leaves the following relatives surviving, loving mother, Reba Osborne of Thousandsticks, KY., maternal grandparents, Gerald & Betty Osborne of Thousandsticks, KY. & one sister, Jessica Rose Couch of Thousandsticks, KY. Also a host of aunts, uncles, cousins & other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Thursday, July 4, 2019 @ 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Rev. Justin Collett

Interment: Teresa Lynn Couch Family Cemetery, Thousandsticks, KY.

Visitation: Wednesday, July 3, 2019 @ 6:00 P.M. & Thursday @ 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
