THE OBITUARY OF SHEILA LORENE WOODS

      Mrs. Sheila L. Woods born April 15, 1943 departed this life of Friday, August 16, 2019 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center, Hazard, Ky.  She was 76 years old.  Sheila was born at Confluence, Ky., the daughter of the late Teddy Begley & Sally Jane Campbell Begley.  Sheila spent her formative years in Leslie Co. & was a resident of Lewisburg, Ohio since 1974.  She moved back to Confluence in September 2012 to be a caregiver for her beloved mother, Sally Begley.  Sheila had a very distinguished career in healthcare.  She was a retired registared respiratory therapist.  Sheila was a devoted member of the Victory Mountain Grace Brethren Chapel.  Sheila enjoyed her work, cooking & her greatest pleasure came from spending time with her family.  Sheila Lorene Woods was preceded in death by her cherished parents; Teddy Begley & Sally Jane Campbell, her loving and devoted husband; William Howard Woods, Jr., treasured daughter; Sherry Lynn Manis and son-in-law, Steve, brother & sister-in-law; Daniel and Brenda Begley.  Mrs. Sheila Lorene Woods leaves the following relatives surviving; two beloved daughters; Helen Jane Woods of Richmond, Indiana, Evelyn Renae Woods of Miamisburg, Ohio, one sister; Evelyn Coley & husband, Ken of San Angelo, Texas, four treasured grandchildren; Anthony Mitchell Manis, Teddy Dalton Manis, Steven William Manis & wife, Yazel, Ayrial Simone Thompson, four treasured great-grandchildren & one on the way; Nicole Ava, Nova Lynn, Ada Michelle, Layla Mae and a host of other relatives and friends.

TIME AND PLACE OF SERVICE: 2:00 P.M. - Monday - August 19, 2019 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Hyden, Ky.
