Sandra Kay Colwell

Sandra Kay Colwell passed away Sunday, August 30, 2020 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was 70 years old. Sandra was born July 1, 1950 in Corwin, Ohio the daughter of the late, Bobby Lamb & Hazel Walters Lamb. She had been a resident of Busy, KY. for the past 33 years. Sandra was a member of the Pentecostal Workhouse at Combs, KY. She enjoyed quilting, gardening, reading, working puzzles & spending time with her family.

Sandra Kay was preceded in death by her parents, one beloved son, Joseph Eli Matthew Colwell & one sister, Kathy Loretta Sturdivan. She leaves the following relatives surviving; loving & devoted husband, Tim Colwell, Busy, KY., one beloved son, Robert Scott Colwell & Barbara, Ohio, three beloved daughters, Julie Elizabeth Colwell-McKinney & Riley of Knott Co., KY., Katina Belle Colwell, Busy, KY. & Lacey Sue Colwell & Joe, Hyden, KY., three brothers, Phillip Lamb & Judy, Ohio, Lorn Lamb, Ohio & Jon Paul Lamb, Ohio, 13 treasured grandchildren, Scott, Bobby, Jon, Natasha, Samantha, Katie, Makenzie, Issiah, Eli, Tamara, Renata, Joseph Cody and Amanda Renee also survived by 12 treasured great grandchildren.  Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Thursday, September 3, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: William "Hubby" Bowling

Interment: Colwell Family Cemetery, Busy, KY.

Pallbearers: Riley McKinney, Gene "Buddy" Begley, Joe Sizemore, Jon Colwell, Ronnie Colwell & Robert Slone
