Ronald Turner

Mr. Ronald Keith "Ronnie" Turner born February 2, 1944 in Leslie Co., KY., the son of the late, Willie Turner & Martha Lewis Turner. He departed this life on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at his residence, Hyden, Ky. He was 76 years old. Ronnie had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation he was a retired State Mine Inspector having worked for the Kentucky Department of Mines & Minerals for 26 plus years. Ronnie was a member of the Pine Mountain Church of God. He enjoyed going to Church, coon hunting, bee-keeping & especially loved spending time with his family.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Jim, Winfred & Hobert Turner & sisters, Gracie Lewis, Cinda Causey, Tilda Lewis, Mary Brumette & Donna Kaye Sizemore. Survivors include his loving and devoted wife, Judy Turner, Hyden, KY., beloved sons, Ronald Patrick "Pat" Turner (Karen), Bear Branch, KY. & Michael Turner (Melissa), Big Creek, KY., Step-sons Craig Ritchie and Roger Combs treasured granddaughters, Akiela Turner, Madison Mikiela Turner & McKenna Grace Turner & a adopted daughter, Addalynn Faith Turner. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

All services will be private due to the Governor's mandate.
