Rick D. Welch

Rick D. Welch passed away Monday May 24, 2021 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, KY. He was 63 years old. Rick was born at Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late, Raleigh Welch and Nancy Lewis Welch. He had been a resident of Leslie Co. for the past 5 years. By occupation he was a construction worker. Rick was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.

Rick was preceded in death by his beloved parents and brother, Roger Welch. He leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved daughter, Franny Berry, Dayton, Ohio, step-daughter, Courney Miller and Derek, Cynthiana, KY., brothers, Ronnie Welch and Melanie, Miamisburg, Ohio, Randall Welch and Patty, Centerville, Ohio and Rob Welch, Hyden, KY., sisters, Tonia Stanton and Brian, Dayton, Ohio and Marisa Fergerson and Shawn, Dayton, Ohio and treasured grandchildren, Derek Miller, Jr., Lily Paige and Kennadie Vicory. 

The family will have a memorial service at a later date for Mr. Welch.
