Revia Jean Riley

Revia Jean Riley passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Well's Hospice Center in Hazard, KY. at the age of 63. Revia was born January 8, 1956 in Owsley Co., KY., the daughter of the late, Sherman Riley & Pearlie McIntosh Riley. She had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. Revia was a member of the Holiness Church. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, being outdoors & mountains & especially spending time with her family.

Revia was preceded in death by her parents, son, Roy Daniels & sister, Betty Bennett. She leaves the following relatives surviving, husband, Audy Collett, 2 daughters, Hazel Renea Sizemore & Craig of Bear Branch, KY. & Jennifer Salyers & Doug of Bear Branch, KY., 1 brother, John Nathan Riley of Booneville, KY., 5 sisters, Judy Leavitt of Buckhorn, KY., Wanda Morris of Buckhorn, KY., Bernadine Barger of Buckhorn, KY., Shirley Smith of Manchester, KY. & Irene Godfrey of Virginia, 5 grandchildren, Lindsey Collett, Tiffany Salyers, Angie Owens, Shane Salyers & Landon Sizemore & 5 great grandchildren, Emma Fields, Jaxon Trent, Isaac Owens, Brielle Salyers & Lyla Salyers. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Saturday, May 4, 2019 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Bob Fork Holiness Church at Bear Branch, KY.

Ministers: Randy Woods & Rod Ledford

Interment: Sizemore Cemetery of Bear Branch, KY.

Pallbearers: Shane Salyers, Craig Sizemore, Doug Salyers, Nathan Riley, Michael Fields & Will Owens
