'Pee Wee' Clarence Couch, a beloved member of the Hyden, Kentucky community and a former butcher at Save-A-Lot Food Stores, passed away peacefully at his residence on Sizerock on April 3, 2026. Born on August 15, 1976, in Hyden, KY, Clarence was known for his friendly and outgoing nature.

Throughout his life, Clarence embraced his passions with enthusiasm. He delighted in playing guitar, riding motorcycles, expressing his creativity through drawing, and participating in cockfighting, pursuits that brought him great joy and showcased his multifaceted personality.

Clarence's dedication and hard work were evident in his career, where he served faithfully as a butcher at Save-A-Lot Food Stores. Yet, beyond his professional life, it was his warm demeanor that truly defined him.

He is survived by his loving mother: Diane Couch; son: Clarence Dylan Couch; brother: Darrell Wayne Couch; and sister: Courtney Williams and her husband James. Clarence also took great pride in being a grandfather to Clarence Odas Couch, cherishing those moments that strengthened their bond.

Clarence was preceded in death by his father, Darrell Couch, and his grandparents, Elmer and Geraldine Couch, as well as Brownlo Collins and Annalee Collins. Their memories live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

As friends and family gather to celebrate the life of 'Pee Wee' Clarence Couch, they remember a man whose kindness, talents, and zest for life left an indelible mark on his community. His legacy will continue through those who loved him and carry forward his memories with reverence and affection.

Visitation to honor 'Pee Wee' Clarence Couch's memory will be held on April 8, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed immediately by the funeral service from 2:00 PM. Both events will take place at Walker Funeral Home.
