Pauline Carmack Collett, gracefully departed this world on November 14, 2025, in Trenton, Ohio, leaving behind a legacy imbued with love and devotion. Born on June 29, 1930, in the serene landscape of Clay County Kentucky, Pauline's life was a tapestry woven from the threads of compassion, creativity, and community spirit.

With each stitch of her crocheting, every quilt sewn, and every seed sown in her lovingly tended garden, Pauline expressed a profound appreciation for the beauty of life. Her passion for embroidery and baking brought joy not only to her home but also to all who had the privilege of experiencing her genuine hospitality.. A true embodiment of familial devotion, she cherished every moment spent with her family, particularly her beloved grandchildren, offering them wisdom, laughter, and boundless affection.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Paula Hitte and Dennis of Trenton, Ohio, as well as three beloved sisters: Hazel Rojen of Annville, Kentucky, Linda Estep of Big Creek, Kentucky, and Bonnie Carmack of Big Creek, Kentucky. Additionally, she leaves behind one loving brother, Johnny Carmack of Tennessee, two treasured grandchildren, Brandon Hitte of Trenton, Ohio, and Matthew Hitte & Rachel of Franklin, Ohio, along with four cherished great-grandchildren: Jameson Hitte, Jaxson Hitte, Ellie Hitte, and River Hitte. Pauline’s circle of love extended further into the lives of other treasured relatives and friends who were fortunate enough to know her warmth and kindness.

Pauline was affiliated with the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church in Hyden, Kentucky, where her faith flourished. She dedicated herself to enriching the lives of those around her, embodying the principles of compassion and service that her faith espoused.

Though she is preceded in death by her parents, Felix and Sally Ann Sizemore Carmack, her beloved husband, Lee Collett, whom she married on November 14, 1952, her cherished daughter, Janet, and her dear sister: Ruth Helton and brother: Wilk Carmack, Pauline's spirit remains a guiding light in the hearts of her surviving family members.

As we bid farewell to Pauline, we celebrate a life well-lived—a life punctuated by love, creativity, and an unwavering connection to family.
