Pamela Veronica Pennington

Pamela Veronica Pennington, age 52, departed this life on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. She was born at Hyden, KY on January 20, 1969,  which coincidently was the same day that Richard M. Nixon took office as president.  She was the daughter of the late Sandy Smith Pennington and the late Elisha Pennington. By occupation Pamela was a crane operator and had worked for A. K.  Steel and  Pennington Tire. Pamela enjoyed art & drawing, was an animal lover and served on numerous organizations. Pam was a graduate of Leslie County High School and in her junior year painted a mural in the high school.  Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, Carly Jade, paternal grandparents, Lee & Ollie Joseph Pennington, maternal grandparents, Hobart & Gladys Morgan Smith, brothers, Jeffery Pennington & Bruce Pennington. She leaves surviving the following relatives: three aunts, Pam & William Price Sizemore of Miamisburg, OH, Pat & Melvin Isham of Dayton, OH and Rosemary Pennington of New Carlisle, OH, two uncles, John Morgan  Smith of London, KY and Denver Pennington of Hoskinston, KY, one sister, Monica Anne Pennington of Miamisburg, Oh, one nephew, Tyler Smith of Dayton, OH, two special cousins, Chad & Jason.
