Nola Carol Lewis

Nola Carol Lewis was born April 13, 1949 in Hyden, Ky., the daughter of the late, George Lewis and Goldie Wells Lewis. Carol passed away Thursday, October 29, 2026 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard at the age of 77. Carol was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation she had worked as a Beautician and for the Leslie Co. Fiscal Court at the County Garage and Cutshin Senior Citizens. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax, Ky. Carol enjoyed gardening, sewing & spending time with her family & friends.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents and significant other, Roger Cecil. She leaves her cherished daughter surviving Kimberly Cornett and a host of friends and other family members.

Graveside service will be held at the Lewis Family Cemetery 8247 Cutshin Road, Wooton, KY. 41776 on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Billy Joe Lewis officiating.
