Michael Harvey Darren Collett, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in Richmond, KY. He was 48 years old. Michael was born October 16, 1972 in Hyden, KY., the son of the late, Vernon "Tub" Collett & Martha Hacker Collett. Michael had been a resident of Richmond for the past 2 weeks. He was affliated with the Hyden Church of God & Hurts Creek Church of Christ. He enjoyed writing, loved music & spending time with his family.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents & a sister, Nellie Brock. He leaves the following relatives surviving; 2 brothers, Odell Brock, Hyden, KY. & Wayne Collett (Amy), Hyden, KY., 5 sisters, Mary Brown (Leonard), Nashville, TN., Marcella Jones (Earl), Corbin, KY., Wanda Sue Napier, Hyden, KY., Kathy Napier, Hyden, KY. & Patricia Nantz, Garner, North Carolina & a host of nieces, nephews, great & great great nieces & nephews & other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Monday, November 9, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Doug Caldwell

Interment: Nancy Roberts Cemetery, (Short Creek Road), Hyden, KY.

Visiation: Monday, November 9, 2020 at 12:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
