Melissa Ann Bowling Mosley

Melissa Ann Bowling Mosley was born April 13, 1968 in Dayton, Ohio. She is the daughter of the late Franklin Ambrose and Lettie Lou Sizemore Ambrose. She passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, KY. She was 58 years old. Melissa had been a life-long resident of Hyden. By occupation she had worked in the dietary dept. at Hyden Health and Rehab for 8 years. Melissa was affiliated with the Confluence Baptist Church. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, attending concerts, flower gardening and spending time with family.

Melissa is preceded in death by her parents, Franklin Ambrose and Lettie Lou Sizemore Ambrose and husband, Kenny Mosley. She leaves the following relatives surviving; cherished son, Dustin Bowling and 2 brothers, Nathan Ambrose and Frank Lynn Ambrose (Sandra) and two young men who held a special piece of her heart, Ayden Troy Bowling and Brandon Kyle Farmer 

Funeral: Monday, Nov. 2, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Rev. Jamie Roberts

Interment; Napier-Sizemore Cemetery, Dryhill, KY

Pallbearers: Brandon Farmer, Nick Begley, Tony Sizemore, Lance Farler, Ayden Bowling, Charles Sandlin

Visitation: Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
