Melinda Rose "Wendy" Hoskins

Melinda Rose "Wendy" Hoskins of Asher, KY. passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021. She passed away at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. She was 51 years old. Melinda was born November 5, 1969 at Beverly, KY., the daughter of the late, Zack Caldwell & Carol Hoskins. She had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. Wendy enjoyed cleaning, listening to music & spending time with her family especially her children & grandchildren.

Wendy was preceded in death by her father & mother, one brother, Bernard Hoskins, one half-brother, Larry David Caldwell, maternal grandparents, Calloway & Bertha Hoskins & a host of aunts, uncles & cousins. She is survived by one beloved son, Chanceler Sizemore, Asher, KY., two beloved daughters, Nikita Hoskins & Blake Howard, Asher, KY. & DeShay Hoskins, Asher, KY.,  one sister, Terry Barrett, Hyden, KY., one half-sister, Linda Gail Caldwell Collett, London, KY., treasured grandchildren, Madison Rose Howard, Carter Ryan Howard, Matthew Isaiah Howard & Harmony Haze Wilson, nephews, Bryan Barrett & Sarah, PA. & Brandon Barrett & Lisa, Hyden, KY., great nieces, Avery Shea Roark & Zachary, Hyden, KY., Macie Caroline Barrett, PA. & Madison Barrett, PA., special cousin and friend, Kim Hoskins Dewees & a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the Lower Middle Fork Pentecostal Church at Asher, KY.

Ministers: Rev. Eugene "Friday" Roberts, Rev. Tim Finley & Rev. Geoffery Roberts

Interment: Calloway Hoskins Family Cemetery, Asher, KY.
