Lowell Nantz

Mr. Lowell Nantz passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 at the Well's Hospice Center, Hazard, KY. He was 84 years old. Lowell was born, October 2, 1939 at Warbranch, Kentucky the son of the late, Peter Nantz and the late, Mae Saylor Nantz. Lowell had been a life long resident of Leslie County. By occupation Lowell was a retired logger. He was affiliated with the Warbranch Full Gospel, Warbranch, KY.  Lowell enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening.

Lowell was preceded in death by his beloved parents, five brothers, Ford, Scott, Victor, Ed and Gomer & one sister, Opal Taylor Nantz. He leaves the following relatives surviving; two cherished daughters, Jeannie Nantz and Lois Nantz both of Harrogate, TN, one brother, Doug Nantz, Warbranch, KY, five treasured grandchildren, Brandon Nantz, Kimber Asher, Cody Asher, Kennedy Sizemore and Faith Ruszkowski and twelve cherished great grandchildren. Also a host of treasured nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive.  

Funeral: Sunday, November 12, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Warbranch Full Gospel Church, Warbranch, KY.

Minister: Rev. Denver Brock

Interment: Nantz Family Cemetery, Warbranch, KY.

Pallbearers: Daniel Nantz, Brandon Nantz, Kennedy Sizemore, Cody Asher, Jamie Richardson & Russell Ruszkowski

Honorary Pallbearer: Jimmy Simpson

Visitation: Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 5:00 P.M. at the Church
