Lois Witt Hoskins

Nancy Lois Witt Hoskins, passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 in Pennington Gap, VA. She was 86 years old. Lois was born May 2, 1935 in Chappell, KY., the daughter of the late, William Witt & Martha Thomas Witt. She had been a resident of Corbin for the past 20 years. By occupation Lois had worked in Food Service as a manager & dietician in the School System & Nursing Home. She was a devoted member of the 19th Street Church of Christ in Corbin, KY. Lois enjoyed cooking for family & friends and being involved in the lives of her family & Church family.

Lois was preceded in death by her beloved parents, loving & devoted husband, Larry Hoskins, five brothers, Elvin, Elmer, William Jr. (June), Theo and Lonnie Witt and three sisters, Oma, Rose and Sarah. She leaves the following relatives surviving; two beloved sons, Larry Hoskins & Angela, London, KY. and Daven Hoskins & Pam, Baxter, KY., two daughters, Janie Brock & Larry, Pennington Gap, Va. and Tammy Smith & Chris, Corbin, KY., six treasured grandchildren, Ashley, Brittney, Chealsey, Zackary, Allison and Malari, twelve treasured great grandchildren, Ford, Evan, Emily, Carter, Josey, Ella, Benjamin, Brock, Jeffery, Janey Lynn, Luke and Ruth. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive.

Services will be private due to Covid-19.
