Linda Sue Bowling

Linda Sue Bowling, passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 at the Well's Hospice Center. She was 54 years old. Linda was born November 3, 1966 in Hyden, KY., the daughter of the late, Ewing Bowling and Kathleen Feltner Bowling. Linda had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation she was a licensed nurse for the Hyden Health and Rehab Center. She loved her job. Linda was a member of the Hurts Creek Church of Christ. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and especially spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Linda was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Ewing Bowling and Kathleen Feltner Bowling Pennington. She leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved step-father, Ray Pennington, Hyden, KY., beloved companion, Carl Brown, Jr., Hyden, KY. beloved sons, Gregory Chase Hollen, Lexington, KY. and Anthony Brown and Danielle, Jackson, KY., beloved daughter, Ashley Rohr, Hyden, KY., step-daughter, Allison Brown, Hazard, KY.,  brothers, Roger Bowling and Lisa, Stinnett, KY., Danny Bowling and Charlotte, Berea, KY. and Wendell Asher, Hyden, KY., sisters, Thelma Wright and Jeff, Hyden, KY. and Carolyn Mullins, Hazard, KY. and treasured grandchildren, Trenton Day, Jadyn Rohr, Chloe Rain Hollen, J.J. Elrod Brown and Octavia Eloise Brown. A host of treasured nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral: Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the Hurt's Creek Church of Christ, Hyden, KY.

Interment: Couch-Bowling Family Cemetery, (Dill Branch Road), Hyden, KY

Visitation: Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. - 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the Hurt's Creek Church of Christ, Hyden, KY
