      Ms. Lesia Carol Joseph born November 19,1956 departed this life on Friday, May 14, 2021 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Ky.  She was 64 years old.  Lesia was born at Hyden, Ky., the beloved daughter of the late Alfred Joseph, Jr. & Nola Wells Joseph.  Lesia was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed yardwork, work puzzles and especially spending time with her family.  Lesia was a life-long resident of Leslie County, residing at Wooton, Ky at the time of her death.  Lesia was preceded in death by her cherished parents; Alfred Joseph, Jr. & Nola Wells Joseph and her loving and devoted sister; Lucille Smith.  Ms. Lesia Carol Joseph leaves the following relatives surviving: beloved brothers; Donald "Duck" Joseph and Cleda of Wooton, Ky., Billy Joe Joseph and Teresa of Wooton, Ky., Robert Lee Joseph and Norma of Wooton, Ky., very special sister; Norma Jean Joseph of Wooton, Ky., beloved sister; Nema Kilburn & Henry, Jr. of Salem, Indiana, loving and devoted brother-in-law, Jerry Smith, twelve treasured nieces and nephews & a host of great nieces and nephews.  Nephews will serve as pallbearers. 

TIME AND PLACE OF FUNERAL: 1:00 p.m.- Tuesday - May 18, 2021 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Hyden, Ky.
