Leoma Morgan

Leoma Chappell Morgan, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019 at the Hyden Health & Rehab Center, Hyden, KY. at the age of 76. Leoma was born May 9, 1943 in Leslie Co., KY., the daughter of the late, Burgen Chappell & Mary Smith Chappell. She had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation she had worked as a factory worker. Leoma was a member of the Stinnett Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed mowing grass, gardening, quilting & going to flea markets.

Leoma was preceded in death by her parents, loving & devoted husband, James Martin Morgan & a host of brothers. She leaves the following relatives surviving, 2 beloved sons, Clifton Michael Morgan & Elizabeth of Dayton, Ohio & James David Morgan & Melissa of Dayton, Ohio, 1 brother, Hardie Chappell & Joy of Stinnett, KY., 3 treasured grandchildren, Katy Morgan & Brandon, Kyle Morgan & Brandon Morgan & 2 treasured great grandchildren, Riley Edmonds & Harrison Edmonds. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Thursday, June 6, 2019 @ 2:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Pentecostal Church at Stinnett, KY.

Minister: Rev. James Bowling, Jr.

Interment: Glady Branch Cemetery at Stinnett, KY.

Visitation: Wednesday, June 5, 2019 @ 6:00 P.M. at the Church
