Kenneth Ray Eversole, Sr.

Mr. Kenneth Ray Eversole, Sr. passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. He was 66 years old. He passed away at the Northwestern Huntley Hospital in Huntley, Ill. Kenneth Ray was born April 30, 1956 at Somerset, Kentucky the son of the late, Shafter Eversole and the late, Cleta M. Wooton Eversole. Kenneth Ray had been a resident of Illinois for the past 28 years. By occupation he was a long haul trucker & coal miner. He was affiliated with the Baptist Church. Kenneth Ray enjoyed automotive repair, mechanic work & truck driving. He was very generous with others, participated in food drives but his greatest joy came from spending time with his treasured grandchildren.

Kenneth Ray was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Shafter Eversole and Cleta M. Wooton Eversole, and treasured grandson, Deklin John. He leaves the following relatives surviving; cherished sons, Kenneth Eversole, Jr. & Shanice and Joshua Eversole & Victoria, cherished daughter, Amanda Herring & Daniel, Pink Hill, NC, brother, David Eversole, Georgia, sisters, Linda Sizemore & D.J., Georgia & Brenda Turner, Hazard, KY., 10 treasured grandchildren, Demarion Jefferson, Amiayan Harris, Ashanti Harris, Kayden Harris, Grayson Harris, Claudia Herrington, Vivienne Herring, Gunner Herring, Uriah Herring & Killian Herrington and a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Graveside: Saturday, February 25, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at the Eversole Family Cemetery at (Peach Orchard) Confluence, Ky.
