Johnny Ray Bailey

Johnny Ray Bailey passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. He was 60 years old. Johnny was born August 14, 1963 in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late, Price Bailey and the late, Lucille Johnson Bailey. Johnny Ray had been a life long resident of Leslie County. He enjoyed playing guitar, working on cars and carpentry. 
Johnny was preceded in death by his beloved parents. He leaves the following relatives surviving; brother, Anthony "Tony" Bailey & Melissa, Hyden KY, sisters, Patra Simpson, Hyden, KY and  April Gregory, London, KY. nephews, Brandon Bailey, Jesse Bowling, Robbie Bailey and James Gregory & special niece, Lindsey Gregory. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY. 
Officiating Ministers: Ricky King & Lonnie Fee
Interment: Bailey-Napier Cemetery, Thousandsticks, KY.
Visitation: Wednesday, April 10th at 12:00 Noon until funeral time at the Funeral Home Chapel
