Johnny Muncy

Mr. Johnny Muncy, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023 at his residence. He was 61 years old. Johnny was born April 15, 1962 in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late, Bev Muncy and the late, Golda Lumpkins Muncy. Johnny had been a life long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation Johnny was a sawmill employee. Johnny enjoyed gardening, watching westerns & spending time with his family.

Johnny was preceded in death by his beloved parents & two special brothers, Levi & Ricky Muncy. He leaves the following relatives surviving; his loving & devoted wife, Lisa Muncy, Hyden, KY, two cherished daughters, Jessica Marie Muncy & Jamie Simpson, Hyden, KY and Stephanie Muncy & Lukas Hughes, Hyden, KY, one special brother, Dwight Muncy & Gail, Confluence, KY, two special sisters, Beverly Lewis & Rick, Smilax, KY and Alice Muncy, Stinnett, KY & two treasured grandchildren, Oliver Simpson & Kaylee Simpson. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Memorial Service will be Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 6:00-9:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Hyden, KY
