JoAnne Farmer Morris

JoAnne Farmer Morris, 70, of Stinnett, KY., passed away suddenly, on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. She passed away at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital in Hyden, KY. JoAnne was born October 8, 1955 at Stinnett, KY. She is the daughter of the late, Clen and Barbara Wheatley Farmer. JoAnne is preceded in death by her loving parents, Clen and Barbara Farmer and brother, Terry Lee Farmer.

JoAnne leaves the following relatives surviving; husband, Fred "Jason" Morris, brothers, Roger Farmer & Nancy and Randy Farmer & Adrienre, sister, Kathy Farmer, Betsy MacMillan (like a sister), nieces, Lisa Fullerton & Matt, Amy Gladman & Rubin and Barbie Farmer and a host of great nieces and nephews. Also a host of cousins, other relatives & friends survive.

JoAnne was a member of the Stinnett Church of Christ. JoAnne had a Business & Nursing Degree. She retired in 2011 as a Office Manager in Manchester, Ky. JoAnne had a quiet strength & deep roots & values that shaped her life. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and she found great joy in the companionship of her dogs. She had a unforgettable laugh that could brighten any room. JoAnne was a special person in every way. She was kind & warm hearted, finding joy in life's simple pleasures. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
