THE OBITUARY OF MRS. IDELL FOISTER BOWLING

      Mrs. Idell Foister Bowling born July 30, 1958 departed this life on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at the Hazard Appalachian Regional Medical Center, Hazard Ky.  She 63 years old.  Idell was born in Hyden, KY., the daughter of the late, Shelby Foister & Slyvania Couch Foister. She had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation Idell was a truck driver & mehanic. She was affliated with the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church. Idell enjoyed mechanic work on cars & motorcycles & fishing. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren & family.

Idell was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Shelby & Sylvania Foister, husband, Delbert Bowling, 3 brothers, Walter, Homer & George Foister & 1 sister, Mary Sizemore. Survivors include  2 loving and devoted daughters Tabitha Adams, Hyden, KY.  & Willa Bowling, Hyden, KY., best friend, Debra George, 3 sisters, Linda Mays & Gerald, Covington, KY., Shelby Jean Wilder & Eugene, Hyden, KY. and Nella Foister, Bear Branch, KY., 7 treasured grandchildren, Alicia Lewis & Craig, Dakota Adams, Layla Adams, Homer Lee Melton, Bill Lee Melton, Jr., Rene' Lamar Perez, Jr. & Janie Lynn Perez & 1 treasured great granddaughter, Coralye Lewis. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Rockhouse Pentecostal Church, Hyden, KY.

Ministers: Ted Couch & Andrew Farmer

Interment: Foister Family Cemetery, Hyden, KY.

Pallbearers: Craig Lewis, Homer Melton, Dakota Adams, Anthony Gregory, Wayne Adams, Anthony Wooton, Bill Melton and J.J. Caldwell

Visitation: Friday, October 15, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. at the Church
