Herman "H.K." Fields

Mr. Herman "H.K." Fields, born October 16, 1951 in Perry County, KY., the son of the late, Gillis Fields & Christine Williams Fields. He passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at the Good Shepherd Rehab Center in Phelps, KY. "H.K."  was 70 years old. "H.K." had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co., KY. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. By occupation "H.K." was a retired coal miner. He enjoyed listening to music and spending time with his grandchildren.

Herman "H.K." was preceded in death by his beloved parents, step-father, Carl Wells and brother, Carl Fields. He leaves the following relatives surviving: one cherished son, Chris Fields & wife, Tina, London, KY, one cherished daughter, Kaylee Fields Couch & husband, Michael, Yerkes, KY, one brother, Gillis Fields, Jr. & wife, Wilma, Smilax, KY, one sister, Kathy Ann Caudill & husband, Felix, Bremen, KY, three treasured grandchildren, Jared Fields, Michael John Couch and Addilyn Couch and best friend, Ty Feltner. Funeral Service: Friday, December 17, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Paul Baker

Visitation: Friday, Dec. 17th at 2:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel

Interment: Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery South East, Hyden, KY will full military rites observed by the Leslie Co DAV Chapter #133.

In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the funeral home for the funeral expenses.
