Henry Ricky Smith

Henry Ricky Smith born October 30, 1956 in Clay County Kentucky, the son of the late, Harlan Smith and Edith Pennington Smith. He passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2026 in Hyden, Kentucky. He was 69 years old. Henry was a life-long resident of Clay & Leslie Counties. By occupation he was a former coal miner. He was a member of the of the Peter's Branch Church of Christ, Wooton, KY. He enjoyed going to Church & loved animals. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Marissa. He leaves the following relatives surviving: sons, Brandon, Louis Roark, Ricky, & Tyler Roark, daughters, Edith Faye, Emily & Patty Lucille, brother, David Smith, sisters, Dorothy Wright & Pattie Smith, 11 grandchildren & a special niece, Teresa.
