The obituary of Mr. Edmond Osborne Mr. Edmond Osborne, age 101, departed this life on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center. He was born in Leslie County, on December 12, 1920, the son of the late Wiley Osborne and the late Bertha Napier Osborne. Edmond was a United States Army Veteran of World War II and served honorably. By occupation, Edmond had worked for the Georgia Pacific Company as a saw filer. After his retirement from Georgia Pacific he went on to work for the U.S. Forestry Service for many years. Edmond was a member of both the Stinnett Pentecostal Church and the Christian Missionary Church. He had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. Edmond enjoyed working in his garden, reading his bible, traveling and he especially enjoyed spending time with his beloved family. He was preceded in death by his parents, loving wife: Lola Roberts Osborne, one son: Randall Osborne, two brothers: Boyd Osborne and Park Osborne, three sisters: Ida Caldwell, Hazel Caldwell and Melinda Collett, grandson: Gregory James Boggs, great granddaughter: Candiss Breanna McQueen, and by one son-in-law: James Pearl Lewis. He leaves surviving the following relatives: one beloved son: Rodney Scott Osborne of Essie, KY, three cherished daughters: Cathy Boggs, Patricia Lewis and Candiss Morgan & (Roger) all of Essie, KY, one cherished daughter-in-law: Wanda Sue Caldwell, one beloved sister: Vina Roark of Roark, KY. Edmond is also survived by six treasured grandchildren: Pastor Ryan Osborne & (Jackie), Miranda McQueen & (Henry), Holly Bray & (Lawrence), James Michael Lewis & (Tiffany), Olivia Molinar & (Alddo), eighteen great grandchildren: Jairus Edmond Bray & (Fernanda), Jacob Bray, Jonah Bray, Trenton Osborne, Savannah Osborne, Ean McQueen, Jessa McQueen, Sophia Molinar, Silvia Molinar, Philip Molinar, John Michael Kemper, Kayln Kemper, Gracie Lewis, Ivy Lewis, Kayla Voyden, Lucy Bray, John Luke Bray and Joshua Bray.
