Born on May 31, 1939, in Polls Creek Wooton, KY, Edith was a vibrant spirit whose joyful personality and enduring smile brightened the days of all who knew her.

Throughout her life, Edith poured her heart into her family, nurturing a warm and loving environment for her three devoted daughters: Mildred Davidson of Hyden, KY, Mary Lewis of Hyden, KY, and Tammy Adams & Tate of Beverly, KY. She reveled in the joys of motherhood, and her bond with her daughters was a testament to unconditional love.

Edith's commitment to family expanded with her six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, each a precious piece of her heart. She treasured the moments spent with them, often sharing stories that showcased her infectious laughter and wise insights gained over a lifetime.

Her interests painted a beautiful picture of a life well-lived—Edith found solace and joy in the company of her beloved cats, nurtured the vibrant blooms of her flower garden, and embraced the charm of flea marketing. Edith's journey through life was not without its sorrows. She was preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Mae Fields Williams, and her siblings: Justine Wells, Christine Wells, and Marcus Howard. The loss of her son, Roger Davidson, as well as her grandson, Eric Davidson, and granddaughter, Carla Hopson, left indelible marks on her heart, yet she carried their memories with grace, keeping their spirits alive in her thoughts and stories.
