Douglas Neal Caldwell

Mr. Douglas Neal Caldwell passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the Well's Hospice Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was 67 years old. Doug was born July 29, 1956 at the Red Bird Hospital, Beverly, Kentucky the son of the late, Edward Caldwell and the late, Ida Caldwell. Doug was a life long resident of Leslie Co. He enjoyed watching westerns on T.V., 4-wheeler riding and spending time with his grandchildren. 
Doug was preceded in death by his beloved parents, cherished son, Neal Caldwell and brothers, Samuel and Sterling Caldwell. He leaves the following relatives surviving; loving and devoted wife, Edith North Caldwell, Helton, KY., two cherished daughters, Nancy Brock, Ripley, TN. and Sonya Roark & Rodney, Helton, KY, one brother, Joe Edward Caldwell, Corbin, KY, best friend, Bobby Hall, seven treasured grandchildren, Morgan, Sarah, Chase, Gabriel, Tessa, Sterling and Brently and four treasured great grandchildren, Emersyn, Hayston, Haisley and Leighton. Also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Middlefork United Methodist Church, Helton, KY.
Officiating Ministers: Rev. Jack Short & Rev. Herstel Belcher
Interment: Honey Branch Cemetery, Helton, KY.
Visitation: Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. at the Church
