David Muncy

David Muncy, a resident of Dayton, Ohio, formerly of Hyden, Kentucky passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025, at the age of 67. Born on August 9, 1958, in Dayton, he remained a lifelong member of the community that shaped his character and values.

David was the son of Edgar Allen and Jane (Begley) Muncy, both of whom predeceased him.  He survived by a special cousin and friend, Matt Muncy of Hyden, KY. He is remembered as a simple, kind man who touched the lives of those around him with his genuine spirit and warmth.

His passing is a profound loss to those who knew him, and his memory will be cherished by friends and the community he held dear.
