Warren Bowling passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital in Hyden at the age of 77. Warren was born April 15, 1942 in Hyden, KY., the son of the late, Dave Thomas & Esther Bowling Dixon. Warren had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. He was a retired employee for the Hyden-Leslie Water Co. having worked there with 22 years of distinguished service. He was a devoted member of the McIntosh Church of God, Wooton, KY. Warren enjoyed fishing, 4-wheeling & spending time with his family especially grandchildren.
Warren was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Larry Dixon & step-father, Don Dixon. He leaves the following relatives surviving; loving & devoted wife, Betty Melton Bowling of Wooton, KY., one beloved son, David Webb Bowling (Tracy) of London, KY., two beloved daughters, Fannie Fugate (Larry) of Slemp, KY. & Betty Ann Kilburn (Jerry) of Wooton, KY., one brother, Randy Dixon (Geneva) of Wooton, KY., three sisters, Ruth Hensley of Wooton, KY., Shirley Church of Sand Gap, KY. & Alberta Buell of Chester, OH., two sisters in law, Thelma Hensley & Vange Dixon., six treasured grandchildren, Larry Wayne Fugate, Garry Fugate, Jerry Don Kilburn, Eric Kilburn, Robin Collett & Casey Collett & seven treasured great grandchildren & special friends, Doug Morgan & Paul Michael Brewer. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.
Funeral: Sunday, August 11, 2019 @ 1:00 P.M. at the McIntosh Church of God, Wooton, KY.

Interment: Warren & Betty Bowling Cemetery, Wooton, KY.
