Darrell Caudill

Mr. Darrell Caudill, age 65, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022 at his residence. He was born on April 23, 1956, at Hazard, KY the son of the late Henry Caudill and the late Gladys Smith Caudill.   Darrell was retired from the KY River Finance Company where he held the position of chief collection officer, He had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, KY.  Darrell was a faithful member of the Wooton Presbyterian Church -EPC. He enjoyed watching T.V., talking on the phone and was an avid U.K. fan.  Darrell's greatest joy came from spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Elbert & Andrea Kilburn Melton, twin sister: Debra Caudill, nephew: Jordan, aunt: Verda Cress & brother-in-law: Elbert Melton, Jr. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Shannon Caudill of Wooton, KY, one cherished daughter: Abrelia Williams & Brian of Vicco, KY, one beloved brother: Randy Caudill of Hazard, KY, one beloved sister: Carolyn Horn & Greg of Hazard, KY., two treasured grandchildren, Lexie Caudill, Jacob Williams. cherished nieces, Missy Dixon, Kristy Bryant, Brittany Maggard and Rocky, Megan Barger & Sam, Felicia Woods & Byron, Kourtney Duff and Marc, beloved nephews, Bryan Johnson & Katie, Tanner Melton, Cody Melton, cherished great nieces, Kayleigh Lewis, Kennady Maggard, Aubrey Maggard, cherished great nephews, Kash Woods, Reed Barger, Luke Barger, Bo Johnson, brothers - in- law, Mike Melton and Jean, Doug Melton and Betty, Carter Melton and Samantha, Randy Melton and Karri, sister-in-law, Phyllis Shepherd and Fred, special cousin, Karleigh Kilburn, special friends, Blue Estep, Tim Melton, Bill Turner, Earl Hurt, Wayne Spencer, Mack Spencer, special neighbors, Robert and Diana Cornett & special "Little Friend" Robbie Cornett.
