Dale is survived by his high school sweetheart, devoted wife, and main caregiver, Anita Langdon. He is also survived by his sons, Willie Langdon (Wendy) of Georgia, Rodger Langdon of Florida, and Timothy Langdon (Carla) of Busy, Kentucky; and his stepson, Jeffery Humble, who served as his secondary caregiver in Lexington, Kentucky.
