Celia Stidham

Celia Stidham passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at the Well's Hospice Center. She was 99 years old. Celia was born October 21, 1921 at Wooton, KY., the daughter of the late, John Miniard & Peralee Davidson Miniard. She had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co., with the exception of living at Viper, Ky. for the past 7 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Celia enjoyed sewing, gardening, flower gardening, quilting, canning & especially spending time with her family.

Celia was preceded in death by; her beloved parents, loving and devoted husband, Robert Stidham, beloved infant son, Luther, brothers, Bill Miniard, Isaac Miniard, Mack Miniard and Ralph Miniard and sisters, Leona, Maude, Marie, Fannie and Georgia. She leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved son, Robert Stidham "Bugs", Wooton, KY., beloved daughters, Nancy Stidham, Viper, KY. and Debbie Stidham, Wooton, KY., treasured grandchildren, Celia Jeneen Smith, James Nelson Hendrix, Veronica Stidham, Kristin Hoskins-Bryant and Kaitlyn Maggard, great grandchildren, Nathan Hendrix, Brody Hale and Mia Morgan and great great granddaughter, Evelynn Washburn and Ellie Kate Hendrix. Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral: Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Rev. Billy Joe Lewis

Interment: Skeens Cemetery, Wooton, KY.

Visitation: Thursday, April 29th at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
