Caleb Holland

COURTESY OBITUARY

Caleb Holland passed away June 12th, 2024 in Harlan Ky. 

Born on May 4th, 1967. 

 He usually had a smile on his face. 

He had a big personality that caused him to never meet a stranger. 

He worked as a logger and owned several trucks over the years. 

He loved to cook and was really good at it. 

He loved country music. 

He struggled with his demons throughout his life, facing challenges that many of us may never fully understand, but he was still a human being who deserves to be remembered. He had moments of kindness and glimpses of the caring man he could be. His life was a complex journey, and out of everything he did, he created 6 amazing children Shane, Freddie, Andrew, Kayla, Savanna, and Mackenzie, who have grown into amazing individuals despite it all.

Parents Omeda Whitehead Holland and late David Holland. 

Preceded in death by his brother David William Holland. 

Leaves behind wife Joy, sisters Amy Asher and Glenda West. Brother Boone Hall and his children. 

In the spirit of forgiveness and making amends we acknowledge that it is too late to change the past, but it’s never too late to forgive. We hope that and remembering him we can find some peace and understanding.
