Brenda Sue Bowling, 54 passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the Advent Health Manchester, Manchester, KY.  She was born at Hyden, KY on June 28, 1964 the daughter of  A.B. Lawson and Joyce Smith Lawson. Brenda was a homemaker and had been a life-long resident of Clay County. She was affiliated with the Holiness Church. She enjoyed attending yard sales, shopping for clothes and especially spending time with her family. Brenda Sue was preceded in death by her daughter: Samantha Sue Bowling and two infant children. She leaves surviving the following relatives her cherished  parents: A.B. & Joyce Lawson of Big Creek, KY, her loving and devoted husband: Carl Bowling of Manchester, KY, one beloved son: Rodney Dwayne Bowling of Manchester, KY, one brother: James Jr. Lawson & Mable of Big Creek, KY, two sisters: Ruby Ellen Young and Allan Wayne Helton of Campton, KY, Ruth Ann Gibson of Big Creek, KY, and one treasured grandchild: Zoah Bowling. FUNERAL SERVICES: 3:00 p.m. - Tuesday-April 30, 2019 at the Big Creek Holiness Church at Big Creek, KY

OFFICIATING MINISTERS: Rev. Jerry Holland and Rev. Eugene Roberts 

VISITATION: 5:00 p.m. - Sunday- April 28, 2019 at the church and all day Monday- April 29, 2019 until funeral hour on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.

PLACE OF INTERMENT: Arnett Fork Cemetery at Big Creek, KY

PALLBEARERS: Christopher Bentley, Allan Wayne Helton, Tony Smith, James Lawson, William Bowling, Elze Lee Wagers and Galen Bowling
