Belinda Dean Sizemore,  passed away peacefully in Somerset, Kentucky, on June 17, 2026, at the age of 69. She was born on September 19, 1956 in Hyden, KY., the daughter of the late Elbert Sizemore and Carrie Crawford. Her life was marked by quiet strength, enduring kindness, and a deep sense of community.& family.   Belinda was a 1974 graduate of Leslie County High School and furthered her education at Clear Creek College where she graduated.  Belinda had a very distinguished career with the Leslie County Department of Transportation.  She served in Leslie Co. where she was promoted to supervisor,  Belinda also worked in Warren Co., Ky and McCracken Co. Kentucky.  Belinda was well respected and loved by her co-workers at any location she served. 

Belinda enjoyed Jeep riding, 4-wheeling, motorcycles, auto repair, fishing & being involved in the lives of her treasured nieces and nephews. Belinda's nieces and nephews had fond memories of loading into Belinda's Jeep and going 4-wheeling.

Belinda leaves the following relatives surviving, her beloved brothers, Cecil Sizemore and Vickie of Texas, Boyd Sizemore and Patsy of London, Ky.& cherished sister, Judy Couch of Somerset, Ky & host of treasured nieces, nephews, & great, nieces and nephews.  Belinda was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert Sizemore & Carrie Craword Sizemore, brothers, Carlo Sizemore, Elbert Jr. Sizemore, J.B. Sizemore, & sister, Vickie Bowman. 

Throughout her years, Belinda touched the lives of many with her warmth and gentle spirit & her strong willed independence..From her beginnings in Hyden to her final days in Somerset, she embodied the values of compassion and sincerity. Those who knew her will remember a woman of integrity and unwavering support for others.

Belinda’s legacy lives on in the memories of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence brought comfort and encouragement, her words brought solace, and her actions exemplified generosity and love, especially with her family!. Though she will be deeply missed, the impact of her gentle heart and steadfast character endures.
