Eugene Roberts Mr. Donald Eugene Hill Born on February 9, 1937 departed this life on February 12, 2008 at the age of 71 years, 0 months and 3 days old. He was born at Briceville, Tennessee the son of the late Clyde Hill and the late Margaret Holbert Hill. By occupation Don was a retired coal miner and had been a life long resident of Leslie county with the exception of having lived in Ohio for 8 years. Don was a member of the Baptist Church, a member of the Hyden, KY -Masonic Lodge #664 and had a 32 degree Scottish Rite in Covington, KY. He was a avid photographer and enjoyed visiting with friends and family and he also enjoyed gardening. Don was preceded in death by his parents: Clyde & Margaret Hill; Wife: Betty Jean Roberts Hill; One Daughter: Toni Younts; One Son: Wayne Sizemore. Mr. Don Hill leaves surviving the following relatives: One Son: Dallas Roberts & Lisa of Stinnett, KY Two Daughters: Donna Sue Renfro & Joel of Gainsville, FL Tina Collett & Randy of Stinnett, KY Three Brothers: Jefferson E. Hill & Helen of LaVerne, CA Ernest Hill & Bessie of Ashland, KY Clyde Lester C.L. Hill & Ruth of Stinnett, KY One Sister: Janice Sizemore & Eddie of Hyden, KY 13 Grandchildren: Michael, Dustin, Kimberly, Brandon, Randall, Amy Jean, Crystal, Pamela, David, Andrew, Jackie, Crystal and Jesse. Also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Donald Eugene Hill will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday - February 15, 2008 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel in Hyden, Kentucky with Rev. Eugene Roberts officiating. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m Friday - February 15, 2008 at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday - February 16, 2008 at the Roberts Family Cemetery located at Dill Branch, Kentucky under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Staff. The following served as Pallbearers: David Younts, Randall Collett, Stevie Roberts, Wayne Sizemore, Allen Sizemore, Jesse Renfro, Aaron Morgan, Brandon Morgan & Wilfred Wilson.
