William C. Feltner

William Chesare Chaz Feltner born July 18, 1988 departed this life on March 5, 2008 in Clay Co., Ky. He was 19 years, 7 months, and 16 days old. William was born at Hyden, Ky., the son of William Feltner & Delilah Estep Feltner. He was a graduate of Leslie Co. High School and attended Hazard Community College. William was currently employed as a coal miner with Century Coal Co. He was affiliated with the Stinnett Church of Christ and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing guitar hero as hobbies. Mr. William Chez Feltner leaves the following relatives surviving: Parents: William & Delilah Estep Feltner, Hyden, Ky. One Brother: Willie Andrew Feltner, Hyden, Ky. Maternal Grandparents: LeeRoy Couch and Glenda Napier Couch Paternal Grandparents: Willie Feltner & Effie Colwell Feltner Uncles & Aunts: Senior Bradley Estep and Evelyn, James Doye Estep and Kim, Dee Dee Pennington and Kenneth, Lonzie Maggard and Nathan, Barbara Shepherd and Matthew, Robert Feltner and Melissa Special Cousins: Chelsea Jay Love and Bobby Cook Special Friends: Shaun Horton, Shane Dixon, Sammy Napier, & Jordan Feltner And a host of cousins, other relatives and friends to mourn his death. The funeral service for Mr. William Chesare Chez Feltner will be conducted at 2:00 P.M.- Sunday, March 09, 2008 at the Stinnett Church of Christ with Keith Bowling & Eugene Feltner officiating. The interment will follow in the Feltner Cemetery, Flackey Branch, Hyden, Ky. under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Staff. Friends may call for visitation after 6:00 p.m. - Friday and all day Saturday, at the Stinnett Church of Christ.
