The obituary of Mr. Michael Larue Nantz Officiating Ministers: Rev. Cova Asher & Rev. John Asher Mr. Michael L. Nantz born September 2, 1953 Departed this life on April 24, 2008 at the age of 54 years, 7 months and 22 days old. He was born at Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Earl Nantz and Betty Asher Nantz. Michael was affiliated with the Baptist church and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, Kentucky. Michael had been living in Lehigh Acres, Florida for the past three years. Some of his hobbies included collecting model cars and collecting old coins. He was preceded in death by his father: Earl Nantz; three sisters: Barbara Nantz, Donna Gibson and Patricia Candy Owens; one niece: Glenna Tucker, he leaves surviving the following relatives: Mother: Betty Asher Nantz of Lehigh, FL., Three Sisters: Loretta Davis & Danny of Lehigh, FL., Vanessa Nantz of North Carolina, Betty Murray & Eugene of Williamsburg, KY., One Adopted Brother: Nikia Nantz & Jessica of Cape Coral, FL., Also survived by a host of treasures nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Michael L. Nantz will be held at 1:00 p.m Wednesday - April 30, 2008 at the Bear Branch Baptist Church at Bear Branch, Kentucky with Rev. Cova Asher and Rev. John Asher officiating. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday - April 29, 2008 at the church.
