Mrs. Lois Jean Huff was born on August 27, 1932 and departed this life on July 14, 2008 at the age of 75 years, 10 months, and 13 days. She was a lifelong resident of Leslie County, the daughter of the late Lax Feltner and the late Zola Fields Feltner. By occupation, she was a homemaker. She was also a member of the Pentecostal and Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her parents: Lax Feltner and Zola Fields Feltner; husband: Omar Huff; and one son: Randall Huff. She leaves surviving the following relatives: two sons: Ronnie Huff & Jane of Busy, KY and Kelvin Huff & Blue Jean of Confluence, KY; five brothers: Arkie Feltner, Omar Feltner, Darrell Feltner, Bransford Feltner, and Kelly Feltner; three sisters: Bethel Baker, Orpha Lewis, and Edith Holland; eight grandchildren: Randy Huff, Maria Faye Huff, Elma Huff, Brad Baker, Jessica Baker, Joshua Huff, Jennifer Cornett, and Larry Huff; seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Lois Huff will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 17, 2008 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home with J.L. McIntosh, Dale Campbell, and Henry Clay Robertson officiating. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at the funeral home.
