Mrs. Gracie Baker widow of the late, Bill Baker of Mt. Vernon, Ky., was born in Perry County, KY., on January 7, 1922, the daughter of the late, C.L. Shepherd & the late, Cordelia Combs Shepherd. She passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at her residence at the age of 94.
