Ruby Morgan

Mrs. Ruby Morgan was born on July 5, 1931 in Perry County, KY., the daughter of the late, Alfred Couch & the late, Alice Stidham Couch. She departed this life  on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at her residence in Speedwell, TN. at the age of 85. Ruby  was a former  resident of Perry Co., Ky., for the majority of her life & had been living in Tennessee for the past 11 years. Ruby was a former grocery Store owner, manager & clerk at the family business she operated with her husband, Johnnie Morgan.   She was a devoted member of the LaFollette Church of Christ in TN.  for the past 11 years & the Big Willard Church of Christ at Busy, KY. for 40 years. Ruby enjoyed reading, watching TV, cooking & spending time with her family.

Ruby was preceded in death by her parents, loving & devoted husband, Johnnie Morgan, daughter, Lucille & son, Robert Joseph Morgan. She leaves the following relatives surviving, beloved sons, Carl Morgan, Busy, KY., Jerry Lynn Morgan, Madisonville, KY., David Morgan & Paula, Oliver Springs, TN., Ricky Morgan & Donna, Central City, KY., Anthony Morgan & Cathy, Georgetown, KY. & Ronnie Morgan, Madionsville, KY., beloved daughters, Sharon Kapp & Jerry, Speedwell, TN., Shirley Brooks, Lafollette, TN. & Gloria Fugate & Rufus, Honosassa, FL., brothers, J.C. Couch & Josephine, Hamilton, OH., Charles Couch & Ileen, Moscow, Idaho & Larry Couch, Sadieville, KY., sisters, Reva Caudill & Archie, Fairfield, OH., Brenda Jenkins & Lee, NC. & Margie Caudill & Ray, Central City, KY., 24 grandchildren & 38 great-grandchildren. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.
