Deborah Ann Patrick

Mrs. Deborah Ann Lewis Patrick born September 17, 1971 departed this life on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, Ky. She was 46 years old. She was the daughter of Garett Lewis & the late Polly Lewis. Deborah Ann was a devoted member of the Hurts Creek Church of Christ, Hyden, Ky., she enjoyed reading her bible, attending Church, was an avid Indian doll collector, was a wrestling fan, avid UK fan, enjoyed going shopping, and most importantly spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Polly Lewis & one sister, Charlene. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Kenneth Patrick, Hyden, KY.,  beloved father, Garett Lewis, Hyden, KY., two brothers; Roger Lewis, Cynthiana, KY. & Carlos Lewis, Texas & one sister; Georgia Pyron and husband, Tom, Texas.
