He was the father of Lena Engle of London, Kentucky, Elmer Day and wife Bonnie of East Bernstadt, Kentucky and Roger Wells and wife Carolyn of Bonnyman, Kentucky. Funeral Services for Henry day will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday in London Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Donnie Oliver, Bro. Harold Turner, and Bro. Danny Day officiating. Burial will follow at Henry & Edith Day Family Cemetery. The family of Henry Day will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 PM Wednesday.
