Billie Ray Collins, 63, of Covington died Monday, January 15, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Fort Thomas. He was an EMT for Leslie County.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Pauline Roberts Collins; and brother, Roy Collins.

He is survived by his wife, Terry Robinson Aseere; son, Billy Collins; stepsons, Jyson Aseere and Bill Aseere; brother, Larry Collins; sister, Wanda Collins; and grandchildren, Austin Collins and Colton Collins.

Visitation is Monday, January, 22, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Burial on Tuesday, January 23, 2018  at 1:00 P.M. at Roberts Family Cemetery at Stinnett, Kentucky, under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, Ky.
