He was born on April 31, 1949 at Asher KY the son of the late Joe and Betty Brock Hall. He spent his formative years here in Leslie County and lived in various places in the Unites States before settling in Maynardville, TN. Burley was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Betty Hall. He leaves surviving the following relatives: one daughter: Wendy Hall of Canton, IL, two brothers: Bentley hall & Sue of Congerville, IL, William Hall & Anita of Barbourville, KY, two Sisters; Alice Caldwell of Asher, Ky , Polly Southern of Pineville, KY.
